It is a focused engagement around one live project. The intended outcome is an aligned product risk analysis, a test strategy, an estimate and a clear next step for the Master Test Plan.
Who should take part?
Include people who can explain the product, its intended use, important consequences of failure and delivery constraints. The exact mix is agreed before the session.
What should we prepare?
Bring the current product scope, known concerns, delivery context and the people who can make or validate planning decisions. The preparation needed depends on the project.
Does this replace our delivery or test execution tool?
RiskRover coordinates testing from the approved plan through Planning Periods, Milestones, Activities, effort, delivery Work Items, Test Attention, Strategy Coverage, Test Readiness, blockers and the Journal. Jira and Azure DevOps remain the source of delivery assignment and status, while test-case tools remain the place where detailed cases and runs are executed.
