The essentials of RiskRover pricing, for planning, MCP access and team execution.
Builder has exactly the same limits and planning features as Free, plus MCP access. It includes one user and all eight planning steps. Choose read-only access or explicitly reviewed changes. Execution, exports, team collaboration, reusable baselines, integrations and general API access require Pro.
RiskRover offers a €0 monthly one-user business subscription, not a separate trial.
No credit card is required, but the business checkout and applicable VAT validation still apply.
Like every RiskRover plan, access remains tied to an active Stripe subscription.
RiskRover Pro users can export Master Test Plans to Word and PRA data to CSV or JSON. They can also create API tokens for the supported endpoints in RiskRover's published API.
We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before closing your account.
Choose monthly or yearly billing. The displayed prices exclude VAT.
Belgian businesses are charged 21% Belgian VAT. EU businesses outside Belgium require a successfully verified EU VAT ID and use reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU are not charged Belgian VAT. The applicable VAT is shown before you confirm Checkout.
Billit generates and delivers the invoice from the verified business details and VAT treatment. Free zero-value subscriptions do not require invoice delivery.
Your project records are retained while your account or workspace is active. Pro-only features and execution data are hidden on Free and Builder, including historical execution reports. If you ask us to close it, associated data is removed from active systems subject to access checks and legal exceptions.
We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before closing your account.
Belgian law requires us to retain certain invoice, payment and accounting records for at least 10 years. You can request the personal data we store about you through our contact form.
A seat is one individual user with access to the workspace. The account administrator uses the first paid seat on a RiskRover Pro plan.
Manage invited users in Members settings and billed seats through your subscription. Adding seats takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period. Reducing billed seats takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Your existing seat allowance remains available until then; no immediate refund or credit is issued. Removing a member does not itself reduce the number of billed seats.
With more than one seat, the account administrator can invite teammates. They receive the same plan features, subject to their workspace and project permissions, and can share projects within the subscription.
