1. Scope
When Be-Sure processes Customer Data for a customer, it may appoint providers only as needed to deliver and secure the service. The applicable data processing agreement governs that processing and the contractual safeguards imposed on subprocessors.
Not every provider receives every customer's data. A provider may also act as an independent controller for a particular activity, such as payment processing, where its own terms and applicable law assign that role.

3. Optional and customer-directed services
Sentry receives limited technical error and performance context only when operational monitoring is enabled. Customer-selected integrations such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, TestRail or Qase receive the credentials and data selected by the customer only when that customer enables the integration.
External media providers receive a request only when a visitor deliberately loads their content. Optional and customer-directed services remain subject to the provider's terms and are not enabled for every customer.
4. Changes and contact
Be-Sure maintains appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards for providers it activates. Where a customer has given general written authorisation, Be-Sure will notify intended subprocessor additions or replacements and allow objections as required by the applicable data processing agreement and law.
